Location

Center Line Farm is located in the gentle hills of Berks County, Pennsylvania (an hour's drive east from Philadelphia or west from Lancaster).  Situated on 10 acres immediately adjacent to 800+ acres of the Daniel Boone Homestead, this facility is a tranquil haven for horses and their people.  Our focus is always on providing the horse with a safe and peaceful environment.

Arena  

Our dressage arena is standard size and has sand and Perma-Flex footing.  It is equipped with lights and sound system.  Surrounding the arena are acres of level turf for additional riding.  While we do not have our own indoor arena, we have nearby access to several beautiful, full-size indoor arenas with beautiful footing and mirrors.  

Facility Features

• Main barn has 9 rubber-matted 12 x12 box stalls, user-friendly water system

• Inside tack room is temperature controlled to protect leather, has sink for leather care, refrigerator and small kitchenette equipped with microwave and coffee maker

• Main barn has 24 hour, soothing CD music

• Main barn has overhead misting fans to reduce heat fatigue in summer

• Main barn has indoor wash stall with hot & cold water and overhead heat lamp

• Summer barn with 3 rubber-matted 12 x 12 box stalls, electricity and water

• Isolation paddock with 2-stall barn

• Standard size dressage arena with Perma-Flex footing, lights & sound system

• 60’ Round Pen with screenings/sand footing

• Turf stadium jumping course

• Beginner Novice cross-country elements
